Abstract The efficiency of the measuring tools and operators is a significant part lot sentencing decisions. These have to pass some pre-specified quality levels avoid problems during assessment scenarios. measurements serious risk be encountered with any extent ambiguity, doubt, or indeterminacy due factors like variation among operating regimes, warming effects in hot climatic conditions, operators’ casual attitude, so on. as most sources extraneous variations can deeply affect efficacy Hence, decision when based on measurement through these which fulfilled adequate standards only then may save from rejection good lot. authors put their focus dealing that arise by variability measured determined values despite having normal population distribution. In this study, auxiliary information used estimate variable interest over two successive occasions under neutrosophic interval numbers proved helpful overcome issue. presented approach has discussed blurred, doubted, uncertain undetermined datasets partially completely, for whole cannot decided single point crisped value.
